The Old Oak reopened in October 2003 and has kept
true to its simple,
local pub feel with two main rooms; both with real log fires which help to create a warm
welcome.
The single bar has nine handpulls where rotating selections of ales from the Leadmill
portfolio
are usually joined by a guest beer or two.
There is also a covered courtyard to the rear of the pub that has already been host to a
number of events.
