It was built in the 1800 s and the walls are constructed of heavy stone.

The Stables Bar has a real step back in time, spit
and sawdust feel to it.
The building is part of the outbuildings of the Grade II listed 17th Century Park Hall,
with a high-beamed ceiling and sawdust strewn liberally over the floor.
Old chairs stand next to scrubbed tables and the whole place is decorated with
rescued pub signs and other breweriana.
The 10 handpulls offer a range of Leadmill ales, with at least one guest beer.
